At Tasty Tech T/A Eazy Branch Commodities PTY LTD, we aim to make delivery as simple and reliable as possible for our customers across South Africa.

Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide within South Africa.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, courier schedules, and other factors outside of our control.

Free Delivery

We offer free economy delivery on orders over R2,000 within South Africa.

Orders under R2,000 may be subject to a delivery fee, which will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Economy Delivery

Our standard economy delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, stock availability, courier delays, public holidays, weekends, or circumstances beyond our control.

Overnight Delivery

We do offer an overnight delivery service, however this is area dependent and the delivery cost may vary.

If you require overnight delivery, please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm availability and pricing for your area.

Johannesburg Collection

Customers may collect orders in Johannesburg by prior arrangement.

Please note:

Orders must be placed and paid for online before collection.
No payments can be made at the collection point.
No walk-in purchases are available.

Customers must wait for confirmation from our team before collecting their order.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times provided on the website are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, stock availability, courier delays, or factors beyond our control.

Tasty Tech will not be liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather disruptions, public unrest, technical issues, public holidays, stock delays, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details when placing an order.

Tasty Tech will not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery information supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details, additional delivery charges may apply to resend the order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

For EFT payments, customers must use their order number or full name as the payment reference to avoid delays in processing.

Risk and Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the courier service.

Tasty Tech will assist customers where possible with tracking and delivery queries, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times once the parcel is with the courier.
