Delivery Terms and Conditions

At Eazybranch Commodities (Pty) Ltd, trading as Tasty Tech, we aim to make delivery and collection simple and reliable for customers across South Africa.

Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide within South Africa.

Economy Delivery

Free economy delivery is available on orders over R2,000 within South Africa.

Orders under R2,000 are charged a flat economy delivery fee of R150.

Economy delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Order Processing and Dispatch

In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday.

For EFT and bank deposit payments, processing begins once payment reflects in our account. This may take up to 1 business day, depending on your bank. Card payments are usually confirmed immediately.

Pre-order and out-of-stock items are dispatched according to the timelines stated on their individual product pages.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by your location, weekends, public holidays or courier delays.

Collection

Customer collection is available by prior arrangement for orders placed and paid for online.

Orders will be ready for collection within 2 hours after processing, during collection hours only.

Customers must wait for collection confirmation before travelling to the collection point. Collections are unavailable on weekends and public holidays.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details when placing an order. If an order is returned because incorrect information was supplied, additional delivery charges may apply to resend the order.
