Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Service apply to Eazybranch Commodities (Pty) Ltd, trading as Tasty Tech (Company Registration No. 2016/284200/07, VAT No. 4060276914). They govern your use of this website and purchases made through it. Our full Terms and Conditions are published on our Terms and Conditions page.
Pricing and Availability. All prices are listed in South African Rand and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and may offer an alternative, back-order option or refund. If a product is incorrectly priced because of a website or system error, Tasty Tech may cancel the order or contact you before dispatch.
Payment. Full payment must be received before an order is processed. Tasty Tech accepts payments through PayFast, including card payments, and EFT. Orders are confirmed once payment has cleared successfully.
Delivery. In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery timelines and charges are explained on our Delivery Terms and Conditions page. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by location, courier schedules, weekends or public holidays.
Returns and Refunds. Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, subject to the conditions in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and whether the item is new or reconditioned. The applicable warranty is displayed on each product page. Warranty cover applies to manufacturing faults and excludes accidental damage, misuse, water damage, unauthorised repairs, improper installation and normal wear and tear.
Force Majeure. Tasty Tech will not be responsible for delays or failure to meet its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
